Make your Memorial Day special and tour Green Lawn Cemetery and Green Lawn Abbey! Enjoy spectacular architecture and learn about these iconic Columbus landmarks!
A free cookout and picnic lunch will be provided in front of Huntington Chapel, near the middle of the cemetery. Local historian Doreen Uhas Sauer will discuss the history of Green Lawn Cemetery and Huntington Chapel.
Green Lawn Abbey will host tours and serve ice cream from 12pm-4pm. Abbey President Kate Mathey will discuss the restoration of the Abbey's many stained glass windows.
